I think millions if not billions of men everywhere will say that a real woman is not necessary at all when you want some eye candy. The very definition of eye candy means it can be anything your eye can see, which doesnt really limit it to real people.
I also don't see why your opinion of nudity in games has changed so drastically in a year or two. Did something awful happen to a family member while you were locked onto a pair of pixelated jugs or something?
I really see no difference from a big-screen movie that has nudity compared to a video game that has nudity. You can argue that one is a "real" person, but they are both 2d/3d images shown on a flat screen. The woman in the porn film is no more "real" in the moment you are watching it than the CG woman. If you were to say you think watching porn of any kind (cg, film, or otherwise) is lame compared to a real woman in your bed, I could understand, but that isn't your argument.
I think as 3d modeling allows for more photo-realistic women(and they are very good already), we will see it as often in M-rated games as we see it in R-rated films. Just as it is becoming hard to tell Gran Turismo's cars from the real thing, I believe we will see realistic women in games and CG porn films in great quantity soon. I think it is a bit lame when overdone (ala "The witcher" where you bang nearly every female of proper age in your travels and you don't even work for it), but it can also make an adult game that much better when used in the right way(ie sparingly and in the right places, not thrown in wherever a boob fits). - superking208, on 11/05/2009, -0/+0Antonio = Inigo goddamn Montoya
