Another $100K Piracy Settlement for Activision

gamepolitics.com — Activision, using an RIAA attorney, has settled with another alleged Call of Duty 3 pirate for $100,000. Does this signal a move into aggressive anti-piracy enforcement against individuals? Activision isn't saying and the defendants are barred from speaking by the terms of their settlements.
