ANOTHER N.Y. Game Law - Could Turn Game Retailers into Felons

gamepolitics.com — GamePolitics has news of a NEW bill under consideration in New York State. It legislates "depraved" violence and requires parental control features on consoles. Any store clerk who sells or rents a "depraved" game to a minor would be guilty of a class E felony.
