If you don't like the fact that there is no keyboard, get one of their other 235432 BlackBerry phones... like the BlackBerry Bold. What is wrong with offering your customers variety? There are plenty of people who want a touch screen only BlackBerry. This phone is for them. Just because you don't prefer it doesn't mean other people won't.
