Looks like his GPS is a little out-dated, try a tom-tom

It's got the "global" and "system" covered. I am a little confused on the "positioning" part. Maybe he has a big red "you are here" on his city.

My first thought was "Wouldn't it be so awesome if you could make one that projects a 3d globe and you could zoom in and move it with touch controls like the iPhone" then i realized the accidents it would cause.
