- Elsewhere42, on 07/13/2009, -1/+5Oh great... I wonder how long it will be before we have to worry about Big Brother peeking through our windows to see what we're up to in the privacy of our own homes.
- mofw, on 07/13/2009, -0/+4I think you're at least 50 years late with that comment.
- Nyaasee, on 07/14/2009, -0/+2ok, if you are going to make these things at least make ones that aren't going to get mistaken for prey and ripped to shreds by falcons or owls w/e. I can see it at the pentagon now.. "first images show... our micro camera eye got pecked out by a giant beak."
- O8SERVER, on 07/14/2009, -0/+2Cool, but nothing ever tops the shark repellent bat spray.
- 5ean, on 07/13/2009, -0/+2It's okay, they're already listening to our phone conversations.
- onlyseano, on 07/14/2009, -0/+1I want a batarang!!!
- syntaxgs, on 07/13/2009, -0/+1WOW this Is scary but I,m not worried becosue it,s just tech that will go out dated soon
- arbulus, on 07/14/2009, -0/+1Ratbat?
- MWeather, on 07/14/2009, -0/+1They won't peek through your windows. They'll be the fly on the wall. Welcome to the panopticon.
- Philbert, on 07/14/2009, -0/+1I'm surprised bats flight is more efficient. I would think more like a hawk who flaps a few times, then glides a lot. Bats are constantly flapping which I would think would wear out the mechanical parts faster not to mention being shakier for a camera if they mount one to it.
- inactive, on 07/14/2009, -0/+1Nope,no mention that it can fly.
Ok,so if you see a bat flying around in the daytime (cause humans can't see at night to control it) you KNOW it's a fake. ..Also.I doubt it will be able to fly like a bat doing all those cool nose dives and zig zags to catch skeeters. - marciot, on 07/14/2009, -0/+1Nowhere in the article does it say this thing actually flies. Lame.
- srazis, on 07/13/2009, -1/+1Wouldn't it be kind of counter-productive to put a spy camera on something people would either run from or try and swat down with a tennis racket?
- amcbride4, on 07/13/2009, -2/+0A !@## Bat..
lame...
