- aerosuperbatics, on 01/15/2009, -0/+27the photographer saved the image with the AdobeRGB profile, which when loaded in a colour profile ignorant browser like IE or older versions of FireFox would appear desaturated as the sRGB profile would be assumed. When engadget resized the image for their post the image would have been converted to sRGB so the correct profile is used in all browsers.
