Nintendo Wii BOX Sold on eBay for $247.50
cgi.ebay.com — "You are bidding on a New Nintendo Wii Box. It has been opened only once and is great condition. It is just the box with nothing else added. It's a great buy for those who are interested. New Nintendo Wii Box, the title says it all. Once again, it is just the box. Good luck and good bidding." Does anybody read the descriptions?

The buyer will probably bail out of the purchase if he has any brains. You can just open up another account and start off fresh with only 1 feedback. The seller did sell another Wii box for around 15 bucks, so he very well may have been trying to just make some change on the box rather than bait. - Jussles, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I'm starting to think that Ebay should have a new category called "Boxes". That feedback was from a different auction. This seller sold two Wii boxes... one went for 15 bucks (which got the positive feedback) and the other went for 250 (and no feedback has been left yet).
On a related note, I bought a box on eBay many, many years ago (almost ten now) when I first discovered the wonders of buying used crap online. My buyer was much more shady about his description and made it sound like you were getting the actual object. It ended up being some 17 year old kid who stole his friend's dad's eBay password and started selling bogus crap online.
