Crazy Taxi was so much fun. B.D Joe! - spepin, on 11/28/2008, -0/+27I miss Sega.
- supersonicjim, on 11/28/2008, -3/+24There's something blasphemous about putting Sony parts in a Dreamcast, I just can't put my finger on what exactly.
- dupajuda, on 11/27/2008, -2/+21Sega was so awesome and still is
- benologist, on 11/28/2008, -1/+17The actual link:
http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F ...
Even though it's machine translated it's still > engadget's summarising. - inactive, on 11/28/2008, -0/+15I want to digg you for the former... but bury you for the latter
- Rockkybox, on 11/28/2008, -4/+19But is there anyway to filter digg to ensure I never see this ***** meme again?
- medfreak, on 11/28/2008, -0/+14But does it support Dreamcast games?
- locondcoco, on 11/28/2008, -0/+12the 2k sports games were FAR superior to the EA sports ones. (in terms of game play and graphics, IMO)
- DJNephilim, on 11/28/2008, -0/+11"Following hot on the heals..." Heals?!! Jesus ***** christmas, it's HEELS. Hot on the HEELS.
- Yareking, on 11/28/2008, -0/+10we all do...
- TheObviousChild, on 11/28/2008, -0/+9It's thinking.
- sdigroup, on 11/28/2008, -3/+12Best System ever. Better then Wii for sure
- Elranzer, on 11/28/2008, -0/+9You mean like how the Sony sound chip found its way into the SNES?
- MasterGrief, on 11/28/2008, -0/+8And everything else. I love the old Sega, but I haven't seen a really good game release in years.
- ortucis, on 11/28/2008, -0/+8Like boobs.
- xuala, on 11/27/2008, -0/+8Thats really cool
- freezerburn666, on 11/28/2008, -0/+7i love my dreamcast :) without any modding obviously........ :P
- psykiv, on 11/28/2008, -0/+7Throw in Chankast and you have the most powerful dreamcast ever.
- TotalHalibut, on 11/28/2008, -0/+7There are plenty of things better than the Wii.
- decx, on 11/28/2008, -0/+6i bet it runs quake3 like a charm
- Philbert, on 11/28/2008, -0/+6Throw in a DC emulator like Chankast or DEmul and it probably will.
- Four20, on 11/28/2008, -0/+5YA YA YA YA YA!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ai381960Eh8 - waluigi14, on 11/28/2008, -0/+5...It's "make like a tree and LEAVE!"
- talkingwires, on 11/28/2008, -1/+6Is that a Microsoft Windows disc in the Sony Blu-Ray drive?
- inactive, on 11/28/2008, -3/+7You could always snort cyanide.
- benologist, on 11/28/2008, -1/+5There's no reason why Engadget can't just summarise stories but the source links are what should be submitted on digg. We shouldn't have to be funnelled through pointless blog summaries to get to a story.
- Rockkybox, on 11/28/2008, -1/+4Do I need a prescription for that?
- Philbert, on 11/28/2008, -0/+3Perhaps if you keep Sonic Team out of the equation.
- tetsuo29, on 11/28/2008, -0/+3http://lmgtfy.com/?q=ps3+blu-ray+review
- inactive, on 11/28/2008, -0/+3well they play cdr s straight of the bat...
- tarv2, on 11/28/2008, -0/+3Oh, that's about as funny as a screen door on a battleship.
- randyrandall, on 11/28/2008, -0/+3"We gon' have some fun!"
- Elranzer, on 11/28/2008, -0/+3Macs don't have Blu-Ray...
- spepin, on 11/28/2008, -0/+2Hats off to you.
- JakeyG14, on 11/28/2008, -1/+3Like PS3's and 360's.
- ortucis, on 11/28/2008, -1/+3Rock, try 'Block user'. Works for me.
- DrLeePhD, on 11/28/2008, -0/+2hmm they both use a CD-like format that will never catch on in the mainstream.
- lcmatt, on 11/28/2008, -0/+2That was before the whole N64/CD Drive hassle.
- MasterGrief, on 11/28/2008, -0/+1I got an emulator called nullDC recently--it ran all the games I threw at it at full speed, full time. It'd be a shame if they didn't look into something similar for this computer.
- fitzal77, on 12/05/2008, -0/+1"blasphemous", or "erotic"?
- Shurikane, on 11/28/2008, -1/+2I came.
- ortucis, on 11/28/2008, -1/+2I always wanted to buy a Dreamcast, but it got discontinued the day it was available in the markets (and I spent all the money upgrading to GeForce 2 card :P).
- dvsbstrd, on 11/29/2008, -0/+110th birthday in North America? No, it was November 27th, 1998 in Japan.
It launched on September 9th 1999 in North America. - illustrick, on 11/28/2008, -0/+1yeah! my friend had a cracked one that has a disc with like 600 old school games and a bunch other discs with new ones on them, like ps1 and ps2 games.
- MasterGrief, on 11/28/2008, -0/+1I used to love setting the DC up on the big screen and emulating Super Mario World or Secret of Mana. I love that thing.
- MasterGrief, on 11/28/2008, -0/+1It's true
- Philbert, on 11/28/2008, -0/+1Most DC games had better graphics than the competition. I read about it some time ago, something about how the frame was compressed on other consoles before hitting the screen and being stretched out, but the DC didn't do that.
- illustrick, on 11/28/2008, -0/+1dude! crazy taxi!, time cop!, soul calibur!, sonic in 3d! and omg marvel vs capcom 2!!!!!, i loved that game!! i miss the 90's, life was easier. Kids now-a-days are so much different than how i grew up, lost values and such, its a shame. -=/ i totally want one! its ever has a optical port! i wonder what built in audio it has.
- stupidclese, on 11/28/2008, -0/+1Speaking of wicked ass case mods, where is Yoshi from Tech TV and why doesn't he have a show on revision 3?
