Cops have turned into SUCH wusses. These weapons should be used seriously, and not nonchalantly like cops are using them now, because they are often enough deadly weapons.

The document will describe in detail in what circumstances an officer may use what level of force and which weapon.
In my town, Tasers are authorized for use as a last resort against a uncooperative, yet non-combative suspect--just as you see it used in these videos. I've let everyone know (my representatives, my mayor, my local PD and anyone who'll listen) that I think the Taser should be moved up the continuum to require that the suspect be actively combative against an officer or other citizen before it can be deployed. I hold this position because Tasers are not, by the manufacturers admission, non-lethal but "less-lethal".

I think the tazer is a fine cop tool as with any tool it can be abused.
I watched a cop shot a man at close range with a shotgun. if that cop hand of had a Tazer.
that man would have been alive today.. The mans crime, standing in traffic wacking cars as they went
by with a broom handle.
I also watch a cop shoot a man 4 time with a 9mm... that man's crime.. smoking too close to a doorway.
Well that's how it started.... the cop ask him to move, the man didn't comply, the cop shot him with a Tazer,
this pissed the guy off a chair was thrown. The cop gave up on the Tazer and shoots the guy.
A Tazer can be when used correctly can be a good police tool, it's better than mace, it's better than a club,
