Amazon doesn't use web 2.0 appropriately

blog.myboulton.com — Even though the online store giant has several web 2.0 tools such as Forums, they don't use it appropriately. After having an Amazon employee update us all of a delayed order, the employee was penalized and all his posts removed. Now we only post about how to tell the world about amazon keeping us from knowing the truth.

  • FeelMyApathy, on 02/12/2008, -0/+0As someone still awaiting my Skeletool CX, I appreciated the forum thread and the info RC provided. Now, not only has the communication stopped, but Amazon's made an effort to erase posts (allegedly) made by their representative. Dugg.
