- nepawoods, on 10/10/2007, -5/+3The only thing I saw there that could be made for 8 bucks was described as "For example, with a little work, an ordinary disposable camera can be turned into a functional digital projector."
Of course, a cut out construction paper mask placed over a flash bulb hardly qualifies as a "digital projector".- suxmonkey, on 10/10/2007, -3/+3the description is accurate - the article is mostly about light-bombing with higher-powered projectors but also provides you a method for making your own version (never said 'digital') creatively on the cheap. What did you expect for 8 dollars? A Benq PB6100 Digital Projector?
- nate263, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5"For example, with a little work, an ordinary disposable camera can be turned into a functional DIGITAL projector." to quote the article again.

Not that you'll check back on this... - nepawoods, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1That's not what it said when I copied and pasted the line.
Besides the fact that it only functions as a projector for the duration of the flash.

- matrixbandit, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1Sorry for the comment abuse but there's an artist in London named Martin Firrell who you might want to check out. He's done quite a few exhibitions involving the projection of large scale text onto major buildings. He's currently working on a project called Hero with actor Nathan Fillion, (Firefly, Serenity, Drive, etc etc). Anyways, check him out. http://www.martinfirrell.com/

- StickWST, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3I don't even call this graffiti....they aren't defining graffiti (to enscribe on a wall)
Even non-amazing graffiti is still art, the art of getting up, and getting over. - MISDIREK7ED, on 10/10/2007, -2/+7"An example of how graffiti actually can be art"

I'm an old schooler.. from Chicago, wrote with CMW for some time, paid my dues on the rails and various heaven spots. I'm now a graphics designer ow, working with people you buy product from. Graffiti is the foundation kiddo.

- mlazarov, on 10/10/2007, -4/+0I don't know if it's edgy to call it graffiti or what, but those photons aren't doing a whole lot to deface those surfaces and having the antithesis permanence doesn't help matters either.
- LessThanDan, on 10/10/2007, -3/+0Gah. If you have a wordpress blog, then you NEED wp-cache. I cannot stress that enough.
