WV lost to East Carolina and should bounce back. I say they will be ok. I am not a big believer in Ohio State. I think they are always overhyped. They will lose to USC this weekend. Probably get crushed. They will most likely lose a few more games this season as well.
The rest of the teams listed are the real deal and are national championship contenders. - merher, on 09/10/2008, -4/+16Alabama cremated Clemson at Atlanta 34 to 10, and Alabama is ranked 11th overall. It's sad that Alabama is not even mentioned as a SEC contender...the ACC is just worthless this year.
And On top of that Clemson dropped off the radar at least for now as being a top 25 team.

I think it's a joke whenever a sports article appears on the front page of digg. It's either "Brett Favre Returns" or "Michael Vick blah blah blah..." I'm not saying their aren't legitimate and/or die hard sports fans who frequent this site, I'm just saying it only adds to the increasing amount of "fast food" articles that are being submitted every second to digg nowadays.
And for all you people who want to bury me for hating on digg, well you're wrong. I love digg (it's my homepage and I visit it twice, three, four times a day). This ***** about having broadcasters and sports writers decide who's best and who's not is pathetic. Yeah, yeah, I know it's a divisive issue, but there have been many times where top-ranking teams were denied the ability to prove themselves in a final game and instead got relegated to second place all because of a **vote** that denied them the ability to go to the championship bowl.
