- alphadoggs, on 10/24/2009, -0/+17Quite the hard decision to figure out who to stick at the bottom. That Titans no-show last weekend was epic
- stevenwalters, on 10/25/2009, -1/+16The Saints are a ***** force. The way they destroyed the giants defense (which is STILL #1 in passing/total yards btw) was easily the most impressive display by a team this season
Also, I gotta hand it to the Bronco's. It 's taken six games for people to finally admit that these guys are the real deal. I think the credit has to go to Josh McDaniels. This guy is for real. - theamazingkort, on 10/25/2009, -1/+13Who dat sayin' dey gonna beat dem Saints!
- anklesnap, on 10/24/2009, -0/+11week to week this has changed dramatically in the middle. Great season for fans...
- EricOfTheJames, on 10/25/2009, -1/+10Finally my Saints are going somewhere.
- sKiLLa182, on 10/25/2009, -7/+15Everyone's expecting the Steelers to hand the Vikes their first loss. I hope the Vikings can prove them wrong and find a way to win to keep their streak alive. Either way, it should be a great game!
- inactive, on 10/25/2009, -2/+10No way the Falcons are better than the Steelers.
- BigVi, on 10/25/2009, -2/+9The Giants are a joke. They had an easy schedule and they loose their first hard game.
Im a born and raised Bronco fan, and I am still not 100% convinced. After this off season Im scared. - motivatedguy, on 10/25/2009, -1/+8Geaux Saints!!!
- dezholling, on 10/25/2009, -0/+5By FOUR games you of course mean ONE game. The only game won by 3 points or less was the only game that went to overtime. 20-17 win against the Pats. Granted, others were close (against Dallas and Cincinnati), but even then only THREE games were close. Final scores:
12-7 (Bengals)
27-6 (Browns)
23-3 (Raiders)
17-10 (Cowboys)
20-17 (Patriots)
34-23 (Chargers)
Stop living in hyperbole-land and join the real world when you comment.
By the way, combined record of those teams the Broncos "barely" beat (sans their losses to the Broncos): 11-3.
I'd say the Broncos are legit. - TBBucs, on 10/25/2009, -0/+4Oh hai. If you guys need anything, I'll be in the NFL's basement.
- indiancompanion, on 10/25/2009, -0/+4Lets go Vikings! shoot for 7-0, but Pittsburgh will be a test to see if we can go all the way.
- ThatGeek, on 10/25/2009, -0/+4not gonna happen until carolina gets a real quarterback
- sKiLLa182, on 10/25/2009, -1/+4I feel the same way about Steve Smith (CAR).
- readacook, on 10/25/2009, -0/+3Maybe my Bucs getting embarrassed internationally will help what has been a great season!
- icexe, on 10/25/2009, -0/+3no silly, that's the WEEK 8 power rankings!
- stevenwalters, on 10/25/2009, -0/+2They don't beat themselves, which I attribute to McDaneils.
- roxgod666, on 10/25/2009, -1/+3Eagles still have the privilege of being in the top 10. I really don't think we can beat a lot of those teams, especially the Ravens and Jets.
- s0ny, on 10/25/2009, -0/+2The Chargers only scored 3 points in the 2nd half. It was 17-20 at halftime and the Broncos won 34-23.
- feelmypimphand, on 10/25/2009, -1/+3From a fantasy football standpoint, I am about ready for Brian Westbrook to show the ***** up.
- kjones555, on 10/25/2009, -0/+2Time for my Falcons to go into Jerryworld and hand Tony ***** his ass....I mean Romo.
- FlamingGuts, on 10/25/2009, -0/+1>my face when the bears are above the packers
>:O - kjones555, on 10/26/2009, -0/+1Damn it...I held my head down in shame at work all yesterday while getting trash talked by the Cowboy fans that shop at my job. And next week we play the MFing New Orleans "The Juggernaut" Saints?!?! >.< The Falcon's season just got a little more cloudier.
- wtfbatman, on 10/25/2009, -0/+1wut
- ShoeSh1ne, on 10/25/2009, -0/+1Shouldn't the week 7 power ranking be done AFTER week 7?
- kjones555, on 10/25/2009, -0/+1Damn, you right, I thought I remembered several score changes during the 4th. That's even better then. Chris Nolan has done wonders for this teams defense. I'm almost sad they got a bye this week cuz I like watching them play...
- darkened, on 10/26/2009, -0/+1Reality proves funny. Romo and Austin ***** bricks all over your birds.
- inactive, on 10/25/2009, -6/+6GO STEELERS
- LegomanArt, on 10/25/2009, -1/+1Go. Steelers. Indeed.
- blackhawk465, on 10/25/2009, -1/+1Don't underestimate the Packers at Lambeau!
One can hope, no? :) - kjones555, on 10/25/2009, -1/+1Broncos are legit this year! Look at what their defense is doing to people this year during the second half:
Bengals: 7 points allowed in the second half
Browns: 0 points allowed in the second half
Raiders: 0 points allowed in the second half
Cowboys: 0 points allowed in the second half
Patriots: 0 points allowed in the second half
Chargers: 17 points allowed in the second half
Aside from that Chargers game, Denver's D has been killing teams! And Chargers/Broncos are division rivals so we expected a close game between them. Now, I can't speak for how this team will look as of next year, but this year...this team easily looks like a team heading into the playoffs. I predict that the Denver Broncos end the season 11-5. - sKiLLa182, on 10/25/2009, -4/+4Yeah, but about 4 of those games have been within 3 points or have been won in OT. We'll see how long they can keep the magic going.
- BookaShade, on 10/25/2009, -4/+3Oh boy. You're one of those idiots that just don't get it. A win is a win. Oh and I hope you know 80% of games are won and lost between one touch down or one field goal.
you can't give credit to the Broncos with anything less then a win at the super bowl. - jayp900, on 10/25/2009, -17/+11GO PATS! :)
