- ssn697, on 02/29/2008, -6/+6The Steelers may be the biggest losers, come free agent time, if Faneca AND Starks leave.
- JDenigma, on 02/29/2008, -2/+4As a Redskins fan, I'm not excited about what might happen now that Dan Snyder no longer is put into place with Gibbs gone. It will probably be business as usual with our idiot of an owner. I was proud of the bitter sweet, inspirational ending to the season by the Redskins, but then Snyder went and undermined it by firing Greg Williams who I thought deserved a shot.
- yacks, on 02/29/2008, -0/+4It sucks to be in cap hell..

- nicksawick1, on 02/29/2008, -10/+3I'm an Eagles Fan, and I just heard that the #1 guy Asante Samuel just signed with the Eagles.

- stellarceltic, on 02/29/2008, -5/+2Giants are in a good position. The only starter that's a FA I believe is Kawika Mitchell. He's certainly replaceable if he goes.
SPAGNUOLO FTW - cubbiesx, on 02/29/2008, -8/+6"..31 teams try to catch up to the Super Bowl champion Giants..."
Quotes like that are why they say when your team wins the Super Bowl its the "gift that keeps on giving."
Go Giants!!! - TobiasParker, on 02/29/2008, -11/+6Hats off to anyone who leaves the New England "sucked until Bellichek started cheating" Patriots...
P.S. If Tom Brady dies in a plane crash, it totally wasn't me.- nullr3, on 02/29/2008, -5/+1thats almost as catchy as cracked.com douche bag of the week were he called bill. Bill cant go all the way Bellichek
- TobiasParker, on 02/29/2008, -0/+4I don't care. I live in Albany, we all hate the Pats.

GO COWBOYS!- haydesigner, on 02/29/2008, -1/+2GO ALL CAPS!!!! CAUSE THAT MEANS I REALLY MEAN IT!!!!
- oneredeye, on 02/29/2008, -1/+8Wow! This whole thread is flamebait!
- nullr3, on 02/29/2008, -2/+2All I know the Bears need a qb and offensive line and they need them quick the defense should pick back up when they get better and devin hester needs to play wr more or maybe hb and just juke everyone out.
- haydesigner, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Where are they going to get another quality quarterback, huh?
You may not like Grossman's inconsistencies, but unless you have a plan (trade, free agent, can't miss rookie), how the hell are you going to do better?- starkruzr, on 03/03/2008, -0/+1Sadly Rex is your only option for a while, pal.
- obliviousfool, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1I hate to break it to you, but the Bears want Grossman and Orton to compete for the starting job at camp, and they've elected to trade Griese. Which means, pretty much. you're making no progress on the QB front. Besides, without Berrian and Muhammed it kinda looks like your passing game is going nowhere anyway.
- haydesigner, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Where are they going to get another quality quarterback, huh?
- SmooveO, on 02/29/2008, -1/+6Many of these guys will likely be overpaid and will appear in next year's popular list "Top 10 Free Agent Busts From 2008"
- adrenaline33, on 02/29/2008, -1/+5Lineman and linebackers are rarely overrated since they aren't really judged by statistics. Moss might be overpaid, but as long as he gets on a team with a decent QB he will pay off. The rest are toss-ups.
- twertyto, on 02/29/2008, -8/+2***** football.
- salazarmark, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Those who can't play, judge.
- PunkRockGeoff, on 02/29/2008, -3/+1It's spring training and therefore baseball season FFS. Never mind the action in the Premier League... Oh yah then there's the NHL and NBA.. The starving children.. the war in Iraq.. the economy melting down.... etc.. etc.. Leave the NFL alone for one second.. PLEASE!!!
- obliviousfool, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1You don't have a hobby? I'm glad to hear that you were nominated for sainthood and all, but the rest of us are merely human.
- starkruzr, on 03/03/2008, -0/+1Why? Is it written somewhere that people must prefer to pay attention to sports only in season?
- tpfaff, on 02/29/2008, -1/+2Michael turner is the best one
- salazarmark, on 02/29/2008, -3/+2A sport post on Digg! WOW! Oh the irony, if there's a sport on masturbation and being a loser diggers will be all 1st round draft picks.

- opiv421, on 02/29/2008, -4/+1Moss to Eagles, DO IT.
- nicksawick1, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1I wouldn't mind Fitzgerald
- grovest4life, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Insert random armchair quarterback comment here.
- yacks, on 02/29/2008, -1/+2and Packers send DT Corey Williams to the Cleveland Browns..
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/7850582/Source: ...
and Cleveland is still waiting to see what comes of Derek Anderson who might be picked up by another team at the cost of a 1st and 3rd round pick..- obliviousfool, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1No. Anderson reportedly signed a three-year deal.
- zioxide, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Asante Samuel is overrated. He makes like one good play a game and gets burned on three others. Oh, and he can't catch. He had the Lombardi Trophy in his hands on Eli Manning's last drive and he dropped it.
- damndj, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Someone please take Javon Walker off our hands, PLEASE.

- martyogelvie, on 03/11/2008, -0/+0I was surprised to see Julius Jones on this list. I think he will be a nice pickup by the Seahawks but wouldn't have expected him to be in the top 10 free agents. That says alot about the free agency this year. I think the list is fairly weak once you get past the top 3 or so. http://www.cowboycards.com
