No matter how well Brady seems to recover, they have the cap space to frachise Cassel for a season just in case. Too much risk that Brady is not yet ready to start due to the infection that set him back a bit, along with other factors such as soreness in the knee that may hinder him in camp an set him back that way.

Don't get me wrong, I don't hate the guy, but I think Matt Cassel proved that it's more a coaching and opportunity thing. But, I'd be very curious to see what Tom Brady could do with another team.

Tom Brady is the best QB since Montana. You people haven't come around to that yet. He is a winner. He makes ***** players awesome. He calls great plays. He is an amazing leader.
