Here you can find a better quality version of the clip. - badwithcomputer, on 02/05/2008, -6/+85jesus christ, dude- there's a time and a place for your comments and it definitely isn't the day after the superbowl in a submission like this in the ***** football video section. holy *****. digg blows my mind sometimes.
- PiratedTVPro, on 02/05/2008, -0/+69I wonder if the guy who uploaded that to YouTube had "express prior written consent of the NFL..."
- mikeruiz7, on 02/05/2008, -8/+74After this happened my friend muttered, "Looks like God is a Giants fan."
- coit, on 02/05/2008, -1/+55"Two hands, one helmet"
- Beans, on 02/05/2008, -2/+45Joe Buck was about as excited as a coma patient. You can tell who he wanted to win.
- FecalHurler, on 02/05/2008, -7/+48Greatest play I've ever seen... That will go down as one of the greatest catches in Superbowl history.
- voodoochild461, on 02/05/2008, -5/+42And thats why they are the world champs
- kickinwing, on 02/05/2008, -3/+36That was one of the most impressive catches in super bowl history. That catch was the game.
- WuShuGuShuPORK, on 02/05/2008, -2/+33They review everything past the 2 minute warning in the booth. Oh look at you get dugg way down.
- 0crabby0, on 02/05/2008, -5/+35Troy Aikman should use his indoor voice when he's in the booth...
- igjoe, on 02/05/2008, -1/+29The ball can touch the ground if he has possession. It would be considered incomplete if he used the ground to make the catch. Clearly in the video, Tyree had a firm grip on the ball with two hands and had it held against his head. Yes, it looks awkward, but he had possession.
- pilot3033, on 02/05/2008, -0/+28***** injury. They went in underestimating the Giants, and not spending time learning from their week 17 regular season game.
Give credit where credit is due, the Giants D stopped the Patriots cold. - speedyrev, on 02/05/2008, -1/+29No, but that's what happens when you read the title and click the link anyway. Try clicking on things that really interest you.
- AronT, on 02/05/2008, -2/+29Announcing your imminent digg down doesn't make you any less of a douche.
- Bashell, on 02/05/2008, -1/+28Yeah, The announcers were terrible.
7:54 left, Pats down 10-7 ... "This is the perfect situation for Tom Brady. He's amazing at game-winning 4th quarter drives."
2:42 left, Giants down 14-10 ... "Just 2 minutes and 42 seconds left until the Patriots complete the perfect season."
0:35 left, Pats down 17-14 ... "Tom Brady with all 3 time-outs and 35 seconds left. That's a lifetime to work with." - leahcim, on 02/05/2008, -3/+28That's how we do it in the United States. All of our national sports champions are WORLD CHAMPIONS by default.
- PaperMonkey, on 02/05/2008, -1/+23When a troll comes along, you must block it
When a troll is rolling on, you must block it.
dunnun dunnun dunnn, block it good
dunnun dunnun dunnn, block it real good! - FeloniusMonkey, on 02/05/2008, -1/+23As an Eagles fan, I've never been more excited for the Giants. Actually, I'd never been excited for the Giants period. The Mets can still kiss my ass.
- BinaryDelt, on 02/05/2008, -9/+30You should have been one of the Super Bowl commercials. You're a lot funnier than they were.
- macaddct1984, on 02/05/2008, -29/+50Watching soccer is borrrring.
- Liu-Kang, on 02/05/2008, -0/+20Direct download mirror just in case it's taken off of YouTube:

Tyree's amazing catch was definitely unbelievable, but the way Eli Manning was able to get out of the sack yet still be able to throw a decent pass way down the field was really something to see. - amiches, on 02/05/2008, -0/+17One of the greatest plays in NFL history in the probably the greatest Super Bowl ever, and you're too busy being a stick-in-ass douchebag to enjoy it. Congratulations, I guess
- HiKevinRose, on 02/05/2008, -3/+20Wayt'a be a ***** dickbag. Go listen to the Skeptics Guide to the Galaxy under the podcast section. 3rd page, last one. It'll help clear those conspiracy theories out of your head.
We know our government is evil, but we can still have some fun while we wait for November. - inactive, on 02/05/2008, -2/+19Manning escaped the sack, AND on top of that... he threw the ball to Tyree, who caught it with his head, with his freaking head.
haha wow ... what the hell? does it get better than this? im a giants fan and im glad it happened in my lifetime, because something like this will not happen again, not for a long time. - ScottoGato, on 02/05/2008, -4/+21Troy Aikman is like the most famous person with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
- hater2win, on 02/05/2008, -0/+16Lies. Everybody knows there is a hole in the roof of Texas Stadium so that God can watch his team play.
- spaceant, on 02/05/2008, -0/+16Did you actually watch the replay posted? He secured it with his other hand on his way down. Both hands on the ball. Get off the hatorade.
- souljaboytellem, on 02/05/2008, -6/+22Did you see after he caught it and he landed on his knee, holy ***** that must of hurt, anyway excellent break from Manning and great catch by Tyree, gald the Giants won
- FuriousJ, on 02/05/2008, -2/+17I for one was not happy with the extensive superbowl coverage of peyton reacting to each play and of course brady's normal looking foot
- ila002, on 02/05/2008, -3/+18I totally agree with this. When I was watching this on Sunday and saw Manning do this, it was simply amazing. He deserved to get the games MVP!
- obliviousfool, on 02/05/2008, -0/+14In the NFL there is a very fine line between success and failure. It's often a matter of inches and fractions of seconds. You can describe every play as "nearly" its opposite. Good work continuing this fine tradition! You surely have a future as a football commentator.
- basterricker, on 02/05/2008, -1/+15This is why we watch. No matter how wide the point spread, no matter how impossible people tell you it will be. On any given Sunday...the greatest moment in football just might happen.
- mochaman, on 02/05/2008, -0/+14This play was without a doubt the defining moment of the game, and you can tell this was a dog fight.
- TheCount, on 02/05/2008, -0/+13Injury? If he was too hurt to play, he shoouldn't have been out there. He got pounded the whole game, overthrew guys, failed to make quick decisions under pressure. They flat out got out played by the Giants, and this is coming from a Cowboys Fan stuck in NY.
- NoCt1, on 02/05/2008, -4/+16Edit: GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! none of this multiple goals. its one long goal.
- davewashere, on 02/05/2008, -2/+14The greatest play ever came in a losing effort: Don Beebe running down Leon Lett and knocking the ball out of his hands as he was about the celebrate a touchdown.
- bobbydiamondz, on 02/05/2008, -4/+16The sea of hands, immaculate reception, the catch, the holy roller, etc. This play needs a cool moniker too. Any bets on who coins it, and what it will be?
- equallyunequal, on 02/05/2008, -0/+12There is no coaches challenge < 2 mins in a half. The play was reviewed by the league during the Giants timeout.
- cawpin, on 02/05/2008, -1/+12Yes, they are. No other football team is gonna beat them.
- ninsei, on 02/05/2008, -1/+12obviously not ....
- Cerebral, on 02/05/2008, -0/+11What are you talking about. You cannot look at just the PLAY itself. You have to look at the situation as well. Game on the line, time running out, down by 4, 3rd and long... amazing. Sure there are plays that you could say are more amazing (a couple of Dante Hall returns come to mind) but given the weight of this play it is probably the best.
- TheClassic, on 02/05/2008, -0/+11Heres the link to the video http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d8067d05e (possibly not firefox, strike that, not browser friendly)
- briguymaine, on 02/05/2008, -4/+15I'm a devastated Pats fan. I agree with you, they went in cocky and didn't think they COULD lose. One of the biggest chokes in sports history. Amazing play.
- souljaboytellem, on 02/05/2008, -3/+13oh btw i meant that to be a reply to gibbwake not you badwithcomputer
- itchcity, on 02/05/2008, -6/+16The game was pretty exciting overall, lots of great plays from both sides. I'm a Pats fan but it was still just great football to watch
- spinemangler, on 02/05/2008, -0/+10The Great Escape
- Escamotage, on 02/05/2008, -2/+12So maybe that "must see" was for the other 27%.
