And in 2009.
Poor choice of a phrase there, author. - wukillabee, on 07/08/2009, -0/+9he was cheating on that chick he was cheating with!
- trer, on 07/08/2009, -1/+8You gave enough of a ***** to comment.
- kingp, on 07/08/2009, -2/+7Good football player, yes. Good role model, husband and father? Hell no.
Before we go on talking about how "great" this man is, let us remember that he not only was cheating on his wife with another woman, but was also cheating on his mistress with yet another woman.
Helluva football player on the field, Sonuvab*tch in real life.
Sorry for the hatin' but it's the truth. - woboz, on 07/08/2009, -0/+4She shot the gun five times you think maybe one of those times she could of had both hands on the gun. Obviously it is harder to hold the gun with two hands when aiming at your own temple, but aiming at someone else, not much of a problem.
- Janinco, on 07/08/2009, -4/+7Steve McNair was an awesome quarterback who I think was underrated.
Prayers for his family.
RIP Mr. McNair - mnocket, on 07/08/2009, -0/+3For all you CSI fans out there.....
CNN is reporting that the police say Kazemi shot herself in the right temple and had gunshot residue on her left hand. Think about it.

I don't know if he was a good man, but he sure as hell entertained me in the closing seconds of XXIV with his amazing Elway style come from behind mentality. This man was tough as nails on the field for his entire impressive career.
I'm sure he did more good than harm, and he will be missed more by those who cared about him than the legions of us who were just entertained by him. A great career of commentary and riding out success cut short. So sad. - mattearle, on 07/08/2009, -1/+4Toughness... the descriptive noun, popularized by Madden, that you can't really argue with.
- JCEEZ, on 07/09/2009, -0/+2either way, getting capped in the head (and chest, and head again) isn't exactly fair
- Trusix, on 07/08/2009, -1/+3RIP Michael Jackson

This is how inane your comment sounds - inactive, on 07/09/2009, -0/+217 photos from the crime scene of steve mcnair dead

- kingp, on 07/08/2009, -0/+2here's a guy, that when he gets the ball, he runs FASTER!
- kingp, on 07/09/2009, -0/+1I see your point, but it was also reported that she positioned herself to die in McNair's lap, but instead fell to the floor...seriously. It's conceivable that she capped herself, and in the process of falling, the gun residue made it to her left hand. Besides, the pistol was found underneath her body.
- kingp, on 07/08/2009, -0/+1Your point being? She already said that her life was "complete sh*t, and I might as well end it".
- inactive, on 07/08/2009, -4/+5If people can overlook Michael Jackson's absurdities, I think people should be able to overlook McNair's infidelities and remember him for the football player he was.
- mnocket, on 07/09/2009, -0/+1Sure, she could have used both hands to fire the gun, but it says nothing about finding residue on her right hand, only on her left. If they found residue on both hands wouldn't you expect them to say that, instead of just saying it was found on her left hand? If it was on both hands - then no problem. If however it was only on her left hand, then it sure seems odd.
- inactive, on 07/09/2009, -0/+1I agree
- mnocket, on 07/09/2009, -0/+1If she fired the gun with her left hand (article only mentions residue on left hand), it would be very awkward to shoot yourself in the right temple.
- inactive, on 07/08/2009, -4/+4Air McNair, one tough som bitch. RIP.
- WTFNuggets, on 07/08/2009, -3/+3I don't really give a ***** about football, but this is sad, so I dugg it.
- ultraman54, on 07/08/2009, -2/+1Who cares? You could make the same basic statement about every other pro athlete/musician/entertainer. No one is celebrating this guy as a person, they're celebrating him as a football player because frankly, people only know him as a football player. It's not really fair to make other kinds of judgments about individuals who you don't know personally.
- scarlettletter, on 07/08/2009, -5/+3Don't have to be a fan to see the tragedy. RIP.
- smacksaw, on 07/08/2009, -4/+2I did think about it. And right now I'm connecting the dots between the mismatched reside and 9/11 being an inside job and I'm totally seeing it.
- fuzzyllama, on 07/08/2009, -6/+3He was one of the greats and will be missed.
