None of that matters when you haven't won a playoff game since 1996. Only the Chiefs, Browns, and Lions have gone longer without a playoff win as far as I can tell from my limited searching. The Texans don't count since they've been around less than 10 years. Look they are 6-4, it is questionable that they even make the playoffs. Sure Romo is back, but they talked about his 198 yard 1 TD, 2 INT game like it was some great performance. Stop sucking America's Team ***** for one second and just admit they are an average team at best.

And you can call goons all you want, but Jones is known for taking players who have had trouble on other teams and shaping them up. Everyone had their doubts about T.O. but he has really shaped up from when he first started. It's all a gamble, but he gets very good trades in which he walks away with the better player. His job then is to try to keep these guys in line and get them to get serious about the game. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
