- serif69, on 03/06/2009, -2/+21top 5 DB of all time
And no, not Defensive Back. - Thwarter, on 03/06/2009, -0/+17Terrell Owens: Poster boy for how professional athletes should not behave.
- anexanhume, on 03/06/2009, -1/+18He didn't act like a big shot when he was playing with Rice. Of course, Rice would humble anybody.
- immatellyouwhat, on 03/06/2009, -0/+7http://digg.com/how
- immatellyouwhat, on 03/06/2009, -0/+6Title should be: Teams Terrell Owens Will Never Play on Again.
- inactive, on 03/06/2009, -0/+6Make it a 3 face poster with T.O., Michael Vick and Pacman Jones and THEN you've got the perfect poster.
- MojoJonJon, on 03/06/2009, -1/+6Wow that's a reach, maybe statistically. Jerry Rice, Michael Irvin, Cris Carter, Randy Moss, Larry Fitzgerald, Marvin Harrison are all better and more reliable receivers. Top 10 i would say, i think he's really good and i supported him as a cowboy fan, but he wouldn't be a top 5.
- f4nt0m4s, on 03/06/2009, -0/+5Owens has always been an entertaining player to watch, and you have to admit he has skill. But he is also a primma donna, and I would hate to have him on my team.
- pnmoore, on 03/06/2009, -0/+5TO is one of the most physically gifted players (not just receivers) to ever put pads on. His problem was he knew it and acted like it. To be great there has to be a certain amount of humility present as well. It is fine to be "the best" between the lines on Sundays, but you can't take that attitude into your entire life like he did. I personally think he is a good guy that let his agent convince him how great he was and he let that attitude get totally out of hand. So sad...
- BigTuna99, on 03/06/2009, -1/+6As a bitter Eagles fan, this makes me very very happy. Especially the picture where you can tell he's about to burst into tears.
- brianhood, on 03/06/2009, -0/+4i dont care if i get buried, but who the ***** cares about that ego-maniac? I hate people like him.
- litolist, on 03/06/2009, -0/+4"It's not ferrrr."
- slifty, on 03/06/2009, -0/+4Hey guys! He means Douche Bag!
- MisterChirish, on 03/06/2009, -0/+4If TO had undergone the same "growing up" that Randy Moss did, I don't think I'd have any question that TO would be top 5. Unfortunately, while the dude is a freakin' monster and catches just about anything, his inability to focus on the game and put away the childish crap makes his ranking drop in my book...
Yes, he's a great receiver, but there are more than 5 others I'd rather have if I was running a team. - inactive, on 03/06/2009, -0/+4Im with Micheal Irvin when he recently asked "Where are the Cowboys gonna get 38 TD's"
- tloftxj, on 03/06/2009, -0/+3and as an eagle fan, i would love to see snyder pick him up and watch the skins meltdown. next, giants.
/evil grin #2 - BedPost, on 03/06/2009, -0/+3God, I hope the Lions do. I'd need a new pair of pants if I heard the Lions picked up T.O., and then down the road, picked up Mike Vick.
New pants, I tell you. Anything to let me watch the Lions win a ***** game for once in my life. *****! - immatellyouwhat, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2okay....what?
- PhildoVT, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2no pictures of him doing situps in his driveway while he was holding out over a new Eagles contract??? how did none of those make the cut?
- mikhon, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2I hope he doesn't get into the HOF although his stats will probably get him there...
- mdbsat, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2T.O is a jerkface. He is or very soon will be completely irrelevant.
- marcduke, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2Maybe in his indifference in what others think of him, but Manny doesn't like the media - T.O. couldn't live without them. He has to have them to feel important.
- pkon, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2I wonder where Terrell Owens is going to end up next, already Miami expressed no interest in acquiring him, it'll have to be a team that probably did not do too well last year that will eventually get him.
- macfanboi, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2@thegreenspanput
You obviously don't know anything about football. - philo13181, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2I can hear it now "I love me some Tennessee!"
- romeyinfc, on 03/07/2009, -0/+2As well as all of the shots of him dropping passes
- x0rcist, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2Photo #13 is a spectacular picture.
- inactive, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2As a Cowboys fan, I'm glad T.O. is gone...and I'd be giddy to the point of dancing if Snyder was dumb enough to add him to the Redskins roster.
/evilgrin - Seeds0215, on 03/06/2009, -1/+3Too bad he is a tool bag.
- Vosem, on 03/06/2009, -0/+2Which team will take the gamble now?
- inactive, on 03/06/2009, -1/+2The Manny Ramirez of the NFL
- inactive, on 03/05/2009, -3/+4This should be T.O.'s resume.
- mysn239, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1Look at the thing in the video to the right
- inactive, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1http://digg.com/football/In_Photos_Terrell_Owens_T ...
- marcduke, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1So did the Raiders. The Ravens are probably one of the better fits but are they still pissed about the ***** move he pulled when he went to Philly?
- pkon, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1Who really knows, he did disrespect Dallas with his antics back in the day but somehow they still signed him, I am sure Baltimore will sign him if they desperately looking for new receivers. I think he might be a candidate for the Bengals since one of their good receivers just went to Seattle, but who knows.
- STARTSOMETHING, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1He was good with McNabb. Too bad he couldn't control his attitude.
- hoojx34, on 03/12/2009, -0/+1Buffalo's bad...
- inactive, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1i traded my brother back in the late 90's a regular old Terrell Davis card for a signed Terrell Owens Rookie card (this was when TD was running for 2000 yards every season). T.O turned out to be a beast I wonder what that thing is worth.
- jsffive, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1I think it's high time that the Redskins signed him to a long term contract with a huge signing bonus.
Just trying to stay ahead of the Dan Snyder curve. - ManUnitdFan, on 03/06/2009, -0/+1Art Monk, Lynn Swan, Steve Largent...
Larry Fitzgerald isn't there yet. As long as he's still got Kurt Warner throwing to him, he'll keep moving up the list. But remember what happened to Randy Moss when he was stuck in Oakland purgatory for 2 years. - mc88, on 03/06/2009, -0/+0He would fit in nicely with the prima donna *****, Jamarcus Russell. There's no I in TEAM for either Jamarcus or Terrell, but there is an I in WHINE, which is something they do with regularity.
- inactive, on 03/06/2009, -1/+1Chris Mortensen says the Raiders (along with the 49ers) are the only two teams in the league willing to consider picking up TO.
Al Davis interested in picking up a misfit castoff that no one else in the league wants any part of? No freakin' way. Who would've guessed that one? - FriedSperm, on 03/07/2009, -0/+0The Steelas.
- jstearns, on 03/06/2009, -1/+1Please Dan Snyder, do not pick this guy up..
- sooner82, on 03/06/2009, -0/+0except he will.
- subliminali, on 03/06/2009, -1/+1He was amazing to watch when he started out on the 49ers. I wouldn't mind having him back now that he's available.
- steeltormentor, on 03/06/2009, -1/+0Don't let the media dictate what the person is. I admire him as a gifted athelete, completely in tune with what he needs to do to outperform his competitors, in ANY conditions. I had respect for him ever since that catch against Green Bay when he was in SanFran. That told me all I needed to know. He cared very deeply about wanting contribute, to make a difference. None of the comments burying him here matter.
