- Bologner, on 01/08/2009, -1/+25The Bengals can always use more criminals.
- Vosem, on 01/08/2009, -0/+20The 'Boys sure can pick em.
- inactive, on 01/08/2009, -0/+14On the bright side, Ricky Williams making it through a 16 game season was a pleasant surprise.
- Cararan, on 01/08/2009, -0/+12His career is done. I don't see any other team picking him up.
- xerigen, on 01/08/2009, -0/+9This guy has proven he doesn't deserve to play in the NFL. What an idiot.
- Jericho6, on 01/08/2009, -0/+9Nothing excites digg like mocking messed up players liek Pac-Man Jones. I concur with masses.
But you just know someone will sign him. Raiders? - FreddieD, on 01/08/2009, -0/+8Most likely. You know you are a real ***** up when The Cowboys of all teams say "wow, you're too much trouble to be bothered with". That's like getting cut from the Lions for not being good enough of a player.
- Jericho6, on 01/08/2009, -0/+8She'll be eaten by ghosts
- happyhamburgers, on 01/08/2009, -0/+8The only worse would be if Pacman shot himself in the leg.
- CerpinTaxt101, on 01/08/2009, -0/+5Yeah, they are probably just making room for Michael Vick...
- icabodane, on 01/08/2009, -0/+5Or the Ravens.... Ray Lewis did stab someone...
- Brukhar, on 01/08/2009, -0/+4It's usually a bad thing when you arrange hits on people at stripclubs...
- EclipseGSX, on 01/08/2009, -0/+4I hope he gets picked up again, as he's great fodder for comedy.

http://origin.theonion.com/content/news_briefs/nfl ... - JMellissa, on 01/08/2009, -0/+4They should also dump Terrell Owens if they're smart.
- quomen, on 01/08/2009, -0/+4He's not a RB..
- asgardshill, on 01/08/2009, -3/+6The bottom line was that Jones really wasn't all that and a bag of potato chips on the field this year either. Injuries, low rushing percentage/raw yards, ordering hits, punching out bodyguards - just too much baggage for even the Cowboys to put up with.
He'll end up with the Raiders - book it. - frascellyboy273, on 01/08/2009, -1/+4next to go should be the troublemaker wade phillips
- inactive, on 01/08/2009, -0/+3Just win, baby.
- ZeeZee2k, on 01/08/2009, -2/+5Lock him up, he can play prison football with Michael Vick.
- OriginalLucid1, on 01/08/2009, -3/+5One down, at least one more to go. (I'm looking at you T.O.)
- Chirp08, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2He's going to go to jail and start a prison team and eventually face the Cowboys again in some kind of charity event after which the situation will have reformed his life.
I saw it in a movie, happens all the time. - blackinthmiddle, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2I mean, we're all shocked about this. Pacman in trouble? Never saw it coming!
- 3tcp, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Raiders will take him and Oakland fans will make his the best selling jersey of any player on the team.
- jefbob, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2The Bengals got rid of all the players who were in the news for being arrested, except Chris Henry. And it has been like 2 years since he has done anything wrong. Also, the Bengals players arrested were not trying to kill anyone, most of them were stupid alcohol related charges. We don't want Pacman.
And don't bring up Benson, he was not found guilty. This is America, innocent until proven guilty. - Sol1, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2"If I beat myself up, who will take care of me?" Jones said, according to the report. "Football means a lot to me, but it's not everything. It's not like I'm taking it pretty good. I love me some me."
Can somebody please translate? That just buffer overflowed my brain.... - Brassbud, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
- MRintheKeys, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2The 9 strikes and your out policy is finally working.
/s - admoseley, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Yup.. the NFL golden rule... If not the cowboys, then certainly the raiders.
- meed, on 01/08/2009, -2/+4Hopefully this will be the first release of many that are needed. T.O. is a great example.
- Runningflame570, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Usually the Cowboys risky trades pay off, this is one of the rare instances in some time where one hasn't.
As I said previously, even after Adam Jones got suspended again, because he wasn't arrested and in the scheme of things his infraction was minor he should be allowed another chance. That came with the addendum that if anything else happened or came to light that he should be gotten rid of, something has so thankfully they're getting rid of him.
It's unfortunate, but as a pro football player you're expected to be a rolemodel, Adam Jones has been just the opposite. - j0hnc0ry, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Next stop for Pacman is probably the Raiders. What a waste of talent.
- Chirp08, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Miami should pick up Romo after Pennington calls it quits (he's getting up there). By the time that happens they *should* be a consistent contender.
- admoseley, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2lol
- mouthbreether, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1Judging from some cowboys forums I've read, the fans concur.
- mouthbreether, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1they're not smart.
- superterrorizer, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1Pacman Jones is more useful than Wade Phillips.
- TaylorSmythe, on 01/08/2009, -4/+5They suck anyways.
- inactive, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1Thank you Cowboys! Onward to next season pending some more changes...;)
- jedinate, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1I could totally see the Raiders picking him up. But that's about it.
- HyperLithium, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1Worse part is that him and Chris Henry are "boys."
- bigp3rm, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1What?
- HyperLithium, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1Time to pack it up, Pacman
- Chirp08, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1He could at least win a playoff game with that team.
- inactive, on 01/08/2009, -1/+2Skins learned there lesson with Deon. Plus the Redskins secondary is already one of, if not the best in the NFL. It's the Redskins D-Line that sucks.
- god613, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1Detroit needs to pick him up. It's obvious that he would help our team and he would fit in just fine with the rest of the city when he's off the field. Strip club shootings and stabbings are every day occurrences here.
- Runningflame570, on 01/09/2009, -0/+1I am a Sparano fan, shame that the Dolphins didn't make it further into the playoffs. I also like Fasano and some of the others that went over to Miami.
- aceakm, on 01/09/2009, -0/+1And you've yet to say something smart.
- johndi, on 01/08/2009, -0/+1You're right, but even as a Bengals fan I found it funny. Maybe they should pick him up. At least they won some games when they were on the blotter every night.
