6. Repeat steps 2-5 - gankige, on 08/27/2009, -3/+129They should have kept the food place open at the same time. It would have made so much money.
"*****, while we're here, let's get some chicken, bro!"
"Yeah, like 6 BUCKETS!"
"YES! And some mashed potatoes!"
"Grab some honey for these biscuits!" - BorsKaegel, on 08/27/2009, -2/+114Pass Kentucky on the left hand side.
- JCH897, on 08/27/2009, -1/+110If they had one of those KFC/Taco Bell combo buildings with the marijuana dispensary inside, some people would never leave. *****
- jdtix, on 08/27/2009, -2/+81Kentucky Fried...Chronic?
- CivicTV, on 08/28/2009, -1/+72Fast Food Joints.
- falconear, on 08/28/2009, -0/+50If they had wi-fi access and hookers it'd be the greatest business ever.
- dreamchach, on 08/27/2009, -1/+49They should consider a merger.
- seattlegirluw, on 08/27/2009, -1/+42Arguably, the sale of one would greatly facilitate the sale of the other. Perhaps they're just brilliant marketers?
- eagles7977, on 08/27/2009, -3/+35I wonder what fast food joints wil lthink of next?
- dstz, on 08/28/2009, -0/+30It's the first inner GIF i experienced. Well done.
- inactive, on 08/28/2009, -7/+34Fried chicken spot becomes weed dispensary, probably serves similar clientele.
dats racist - xquizit, on 08/28/2009, -1/+27I seriously thought it was gonna be an Onion article.
- lisaawesome, on 08/28/2009, -0/+23Just as many white people love fried chicken too. I'll take a bucket of each please.
- sexybobo, on 08/28/2009, -3/+25Trademark lawsuit is 3... 2... 1...
- 1x253, on 08/28/2009, -2/+23dat's inaccurate. Just as many white people smoke pot.
- lemercier, on 08/27/2009, -5/+23i love how they didnt even bother changing the look of the building lol
- mneezy1, on 08/28/2009, -0/+13Brilliant.
- kelliillek, on 08/28/2009, -2/+14Am I the only one who sees this as tacky? If we're all trying to push for the legalization of marijuana, I would at least want to make what IS legal more presentable and taken more seriously from a business/PR standpoint. Don't worry. . .I'm already prepared to be dugg down for this one.
- kalv, on 08/28/2009, -0/+9Would you like some blunts with that?
- ComDesProf, on 08/28/2009, -2/+11"Would you like to get fried with that?"
- Jektal, on 08/28/2009, -2/+11You're forgetting about their derned rap music, which I can't understand how they like. Its always up so loud, and those young men sound so angry all the time.
/s - anonymousmedic, on 08/28/2009, -1/+9I'm pretty sure this takes the spirit of the medicinial marijuana law and sodomizes it behind a dumpster while leaving a crying, broken shell of a bill from capital hill.
- ElectroNegative, on 08/28/2009, -0/+7I'll take three, supersize with a large diet coke.
- kplo, on 08/27/2009, -1/+8Slow burn.
- Barnolde, on 08/29/2009, -0/+7This is the healthiest KFC ever.
- nirv117, on 08/28/2009, -1/+8i love how you didn't even bother changing the exact comment from above lol
- 1x253, on 08/28/2009, -1/+8For all concerned while you may prefer to use the term "baked" the use of the term "fried" is a legitimate term describing the same thing... it just predates "baked" by about 20 years is all.
- JROXZ, on 08/28/2009, -0/+7I can feel my bank account draining at a place like this...
- dlan4327, on 08/28/2009, -0/+7Bong lickin good.
- 1x253, on 08/28/2009, -0/+6
Rap has slid progressively farther down in terms of toxicity. I remember when "Cop Killer" came out. While I understand rightfully being upset at police brutality and discrimination (I believe in Civilian Review Boards; Internal Affairs is just the official cover-up department), it was the beginning of an escalated amount of negativity, toxicity and hate. Cop Killer is TAME by today's standards.
I remember 2 Live Crew getting arrested in Florida for indecency- again, very tame by today's standards. And while sexually explicit lyrics have a place in adult music I find glorification of violence, greed, hyper-destructive drugs and the *****-everybody-else attitude of non-mutual respect obscene. It destroys the black community; that's obscene.
I don't care if it's about money or tiddlywinks, it's destructive and not genuine culture. It is IMPOSED culture like much of the rest of the crap that is pimped today (not just music). The rap today is nothing like the rap of yesterday... not even ***** close. - RachelJTM, on 08/28/2009, -0/+5Thats definitely a way to keep the chicken selling!
- tacojohn48, on 08/28/2009, -0/+4I have heard there is a KFC in Knoxville TN that does this; you just have to know what to ask for.
- Imissnaptime, on 08/28/2009, -2/+7clearly they have confused 'fried' with 'baked', honest mistake.
- Kate1240, on 08/28/2009, -4/+9They are trying to add value for their core customer.
- oceandead, on 08/28/2009, -1/+5They were both prohibited for the same reason(s). Ignorance, racism, xenophobia, and protection of the cotton industry along with the timber-based paper industry. The fact that cannabis is a safe, useful medicinal and recreational drug had and has nothing at all to do with it. Nor does the fact that Hemp is an industrial variety containing barely any THC. Cannabis in its present medicinal/recreational form also has the same uses as hemp. The flower is the good part (once it matures a bit - it doesn't produce THC when it first flowers), the stalks, branches, and leaves contain little THC (not enough to really do you any good) the seeds contain no THC. Basically, even the medicinal/recreational strains can be completely utilized. No part of it has to go to waste.
- oceandead, on 08/28/2009, -1/+5This story just goes to show the huge positive effect that legalization would have on the economy. Take this line,
"There have been marijuana dispensaries popping up all over Southern California of late[..]"
and see what it would look like if cannabis were legalized:
"There have been businesses popping up all over Southern California of late,[..]"
"There have been jobs popping up all over Southern California of late,[..]"
Now multiply that by 50 states.
Add in revenue from sales taxes.
It will be quite a boon to the economy. Also, there are other possible uses besides medicinal/recreational. This is where the Hemp industry would come in making food, rope, clothing, textiles, soap, shampoo, paints, building materials, biomass, etc and perhaps saving what was once known as the small farm..
Legalize it. - rezivor, on 08/28/2009, -0/+4Usually Weed stores don't have the door sitting wide open... you have to ring a bell and show your I.D. at the counter.
- SandWraith, on 08/29/2009, -0/+3I would disagree. Look around-- if it's tasteless, tacky, and disgraceful, it's gonna be wildly popular with Americans (beyond the fact that pot already is). [note: I'm an American]
- areyouserial, on 08/29/2009, -0/+3Imagine pot shops with a professional looking sales staff and a building that looked like a gay-owned coffee shop outside. If they'd just appeal to baby-boomers aesthetically this would be much easier. Suck it up and get the job done or this is going to take another 20 years.
- avianeddy, on 08/28/2009, -0/+2dub..... i mean, DUGG
- coinslot, on 08/29/2009, -1/+3in fact, forget the marijuana, chicken, and the wi-fi
- TheHerk, on 08/28/2009, -0/+1I'm not so sure it is arguable. I can't think of any reasonable counter. So, I guess its agruability(not a word) is arguable.
- strictnein, on 08/28/2009, -0/+2If we're injecting it, why do we care about the flavor?
- mecharabbit, on 09/16/2009, -0/+2http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFtLONl4cNc
- andrejhoward, on 08/28/2009, -0/+2Seriously Volcano Nachos, baja blast Mountain Dew and weed ... at least i wouldn't have to kick my roomate out he'd never come home.
- inactive, on 08/29/2009, -0/+2Clever. Dugg.
- TheHerk, on 08/28/2009, -0/+2I just want people to realize that it doesn't matter. KFC's are just as tacky, but who cares chicken isn't hurting anybody. Neither is bud. You're right though, since people aren't thinking clearly about it, it may help to make it more presentable. In my mind though that just furthers the "we promise we'll just use it for medicine" approach. As far as I'm concerned, they should be able to build as many of these ugly reefer huts as possible. I want to grow it for me in the back yard.
- inactive, on 08/28/2009, -0/+2That is ***** epic. :P
- AlienMushroom, on 08/29/2009, -0/+2Peta would be happy for 2 reasons.
