Nashville Softens its Proposed Menu Board Disclosure Law

It revised it applicability to chains of 15 or more stores, and provided legal cover in the form of a loose immunuty provision. At issue is whether public schools would be subject to the law. The law still applies to supermarkets offering on-site dining.
