Napa Culinary Center, in Debt, Forced to Close
nytimes.com — COPIA, the cash-strapped wine and food institute in Napa, Calif., has closed its doors for good, after a bankruptcy filing on Dec. 1 and subsequent revelations that the nonprofit corporation could no longer meet operating expenses or service its debt.
