Marbled salmon may be the next "it" fish

seattletimes.nwsource.com — The subtly dappled flesh of Washington marbled chinook salmon has the same high fat content that has made stars out of other chinook, such as those from Alaska's Copper River. The dappling disappears when the fish is cooked, but the flavor remains rich.
