- inactive, on 06/27/2008, -1/+20I'm just fine with tap water.
- BillionWishlist, on 06/27/2008, -2/+21Obviously there is a market for it though. I am guessing it is the bottle that makes it worth $100? :D because seriously... water is water. It all comes from the same sky.
- PCloadLetterWTF, on 06/27/2008, -0/+14Probably a lot like water.
- wTheOnew, on 06/27/2008, -1/+13Water is the world's 3rd simplest liquid and companies still deem it necessary to charge more then most other liquids?
- blankman, on 06/27/2008, -1/+12people are idiots and anyone who spends money on this deserves to lose it.
- Griny, on 06/27/2008, -1/+12Well, what next a premium air?
- Rizoh, on 06/27/2008, -1/+11"Of course if paying $100 for a bottle of water is not enough, “King and Queen” pairs of the spring water with caps resembling the crown of Fredrick II of the Roman Empire and decorated with Swarovski rhinestones are also being sold for around $230."
It appears that people are actually paying more for the fancy bottle than for the contents of the bottle. - Burento, on 06/27/2008, -0/+8http://www.walesinabottle.com/

I sure as hell hope so. - PhilliesBlunt, on 06/27/2008, -1/+7I kind of hope that happens. It'll make farting MUCH funnier.
- kaniz, on 06/27/2008, -1/+7Never seen an Oxygen bar?
- basichuman, on 06/27/2008, -0/+6I think you mean Perriair. http://burrowowl.net/shimmie/view.php?image_id=605 ...
- Y0tsuya, on 06/27/2008, -0/+6One of the many small reasons the rich & famous often end up flat broke.
- cmp1968, on 06/27/2008, -0/+5And Evian spelled backward is naive.
- Burento, on 06/27/2008, -0/+5Bling H2O was actually cheaper.. :)
- Burento, on 06/27/2008, -0/+5But it is special Spring water... from Japan... from a mountain... Whoooahhh... $100 please!
- badwithcomputer, on 06/27/2008, -5/+10....Only?
- xaogypsie, on 06/27/2008, -0/+4I agree with you, unless you are in Waco. Algae bloom in Lake Waco = tap water that smells like garlic. Yes, garlic. Tastes horrible, too.
- th3heretic, on 06/27/2008, -0/+4Reminds me of a stand up by Jim Gaffigan, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mq9gbX9kH8o begins at 3:00 or so.
- sk11, on 06/27/2008, -1/+5For those with more money than sense.
Reminds me of a Harry Enfield skit: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=uVvcD4Czx4Y - asskicker32, on 06/27/2008, -0/+4http://www.baro2.com/Shop/oxygen_cans.html
- via509, on 06/27/2008, -1/+5Simple as in chemical structure?
Because wouldn't any of the elements in their liquid form be simpler?
/science_nerd - STPZ, on 06/27/2008, -0/+4can i get a $200 whopper with that?
- Farmer77, on 06/27/2008, -0/+4They are 10 years too late.
- versualize, on 06/27/2008, -2/+6I'll take a middle of the line video card over a fifth of water.
- woods620, on 06/27/2008, -2/+6I wonder what it tastes like...
- InorganicMatter, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3Pfft, admit it, you'd be selling water to stupid rich people at $100/bottle too, if you had thought of it first.
- rockandrollmark, on 06/27/2008, -1/+4Nothing disgusting about that....
- papastout, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3makes your urine platinum
- Leprince, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3There would actually be a huge demand for this.
- Ninjao, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3I was at a waterbar here in Hamburg where they offer exclusive types of water from all around the world and a 200ml glass of some kind of special water cost 33 euro.
- EvansHall, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3... but does it make your dookie sparkle?
- BabyWookie, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3Jesus ***** Christ! Don't give them any ideas, please!
- PATSCRU, on 06/27/2008, -1/+3a fool and his money
- saisumimen, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2And Phoenix municipal tap water... waaay too many minerals and heavy metals.
Our dog won't even drink it; he'll smell water bowl and then look up at me. - Leprince, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2You really think they drink it?
I'd put it on a shelf (If i was dumb enough to buy it in the first place...) - dave122, on 06/27/2008, -2/+4and here I was thinking people that bought fiji water were dumbasses

http://img185.imageshack.us/img185/1036/stuytowntn ... - Wakuko, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2This is not for suckers, only "wealthy" politicians who put the tab as "administrative expenses"
Well, I guess we are the suckers for paying their salaries with our taxes. - cyclopropene, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2Then you've never tried Aqua Colbert.
- wTheOnew, on 06/28/2008, -0/+1Yes, at standard temperature and pressure water is third behind Mercury and Bromine.
- Kristijan12, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1Next step: Breathe your own purified air! only xx...
- undefeatedlove, on 07/01/2008, -0/+1This product is disgusting - from its ridiculous marketing campaign to its transparent promises.
Consumers have the right to know that they’re paying for a product that is available essentially free to everyone from the tap. I hope this luxury water has some form of disclaimer revealing the real story behind their water on the label!
I encourage everybody to think outside the bottle and check out the campaign against bottled water. Google Corporate Accountability and Think Outside the Bottle now! - TBITS, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1Regular spring water...free.
- conna, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1Too bad it does not sterilize these fools for wasting money and making the human race look bad.
- theoodone, on 06/28/2008, -0/+1I think the overall message is "the Simpson's already did it"
- SLockhart, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1My thoughts exactly.
- Iztikeit, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1I almost wish God did exist, so he'd come back to personally kick everyone in the balls that bought some of this.
