It's a hotdog that's encased in a layer of hamburger wrapped in bacon, deep fried, topped with onions nacho cheese, chili and a fried egg. Both entrees came with a side of tater tots
As far as I know, the bar has since closed and the where-a-bouts of the luther and hamdog are unknown.
