craigswebjournal.com — This is my favorite recipe. Many individuals born and raised in El Paso, TX, like myself, are probably hooked on Chico’s Tacos. I know I am and it took me years to finally come up with a similar recipe. I have to say this recipe is about 80% accurate when compared to the authentic tacos of Chicos Tacos. Well, in my opinion anyway.
