    "Another [Canadian] variant [of London Broil], popularized in Ontario, is a London broil "loaf", wherein the tenderized flank steak exterior is wrapped around minced and spiced veal as the filler. In some regions, bacon will be added between the flank steak and the veal grind."

  • topcat5, on 06/07/2009, -0/+25London Loaf is Canadian bacon and mushrooms fried together (optional onions) that is then mixed in with bread dough. The dough is then left to rise, you bake it like bread, then eat it. Pretty good, but takes a long time to make.
