- robertstevenson, on 06/28/2008, -0/+5I have recently started focusing on eating healthy and I love it. It was like exercise for me. I didn't look forward to changing my habits, but once I did. There was no turning back. This recipe: both the short and shorter version are exactly what I want for a sweet treat. Thanks Doc. Another fabulous post.
- csiunatc, on 06/28/2008, -0/+5Hey... If it was all like this, i could be a health food person too :)
- BennyGreenberg, on 06/28/2008, -0/+5Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!
- Atlas42, on 06/28/2008, -0/+3Banana "ice cream." Now that's something I've never thought of before, and from the sounds of it, it's extremely simple to make. I'll probably try it out the next time I'm looking for a healthy snack. Great idea!
- robertstevenson, on 06/28/2008, -0/+3I'm lactose intollerant, and I thought I wouldn't be able to eat the ice cream, but doc had advice for folks like me as well. Cheers.
- LadyLibrary, on 06/28/2008, -0/+3Yummy!!!
- wenfri, on 06/28/2008, -0/+2I hate bananas LOL
- lynbell, on 06/29/2008, -0/+1Sorry...I won't be trying the recipe. Since I became ill after eating a banana as a child I've shied away from them. Yes, I've had a go later in life -- but just can't. The smell actually used to make to make me feel ill too. Until then I think I used to eat them. No idea what happened.
