- w0lfh0und, on 10/17/2008, -0/+21Any plans to make it available on prescription?
- ghidorahnotweak, on 10/17/2008, -1/+21Can we get a beer that gets you drunk and stoned and makes you live forever?
- inactive, on 10/18/2008, -3/+20God didn't create anti-cancer beer. Man did. God created the cancer.
- leonardutah, on 10/18/2008, -1/+12God creates dinosaurs. God destroys dinosaurs. God creates man. Man destroys God. Man creates dinosaurs...
- dmbftp, on 10/17/2008, -1/+11Drink now, there might be properties in current beer your missing out on. Beer goggles for one.
- digghalo, on 10/18/2008, -2/+11dugg for boobies. Oh and beer's nice too.

God:0 - buzzkilled, on 10/18/2008, -0/+7So because a specific beer has certain properties... suddenly more people are going to die from drunk driving?
I'm not getting your logic.. - ChromaVita, on 10/18/2008, -0/+7Long painful death vs. instant death...
That really didn't support your argument against drunk driving. - slearwig, on 10/18/2008, -0/+5Deceptive headline.
They haven't actually brewed any yet,... - RealDealRick, on 10/18/2008, -0/+5Hoooray Beer!

this can't be true...they are the onion of science sites - maldovix, on 10/18/2008, -0/+4I can't wait until the day my medical insurance covers my bar tab
- Backstab, on 10/18/2008, -2/+5Aren't treehuggers the ones crying against GM foods (which i support)? Bioengineered beer doesn't sound any less frankenfood.
- nullcodes, on 10/18/2008, -0/+3Side effects may include drunkenness and waking up with a fat chick.
- mecharabbit, on 10/18/2008, -0/+3Me & God are going streaking!
- ChromaVita, on 10/18/2008, -0/+3They'll all have died from cancer by then.
- CrushThemTorg, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2What a confluence of awesome: Superbeer, the BioBricks open genetic engineering thing and a comely wench. Thank you, internet.
- Vincent21212, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2If it ends up tasting like *****, it's staying on the shelf
- Renian, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2Make a beer that stimulates brain cell growth (i.e. causes your body to produce more BDNF) and I'm sold.
- josepablos, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2What About "AA" members?-
- Paulish, on 10/18/2008, -1/+3Does this mean that my "right to health care" guarantees me beer?
- inactive, on 10/18/2008, -1/+3Yeah beer with medical benefits is AWESOME. Marijuana for medical benefits is BLASPHEMY!
- KingGorilla, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2what about cancer?
- Philophobic, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2Universal health care has never sounded more appetizing.
- Seph7, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2This is by far the best way digg has ever cured cancer
- inactive, on 10/18/2008, -0/+2Just like any other beer....
- nullcodes, on 10/18/2008, -1/+3I knew this one already.
Beer prevents us from getting cancer by killing us off early via heart disease and liver problems. - paolo03, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1beer bellies FTW
- sdrawkcaB, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1Weed has anti cancer properties. Weed is god
- b8man99, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1So they cured cancer? But are holding back on releasing this cure until it's in beer form?
- Vincent21212, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1I wonder if they can reverse the negative effects of alcohol on the liver. If they can't do that, then just adding an anti-cancer property to beer isn't going to prevent liver cirhossis.
Let's be real, this article is more for amusement than anything thats worth any serious consideration. I used to think people on this site were slightly smarter than average.
Apparantley resveratrol can be produced synthetically, and sold as a nutritional supplement. So maybe next year, I can mix the stuff in with candy bars and be a LOCK for the Nobel Prize. ***** sake, who writes these articles? - astroheadzombie, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1This beer was given to us by Irish gods years upon years ago. It's called the anti-oxidant loving Guinness. Cures cancer and is a great substitute for a meal!
- bullhead2007, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1Looks like they finally tapped the beer volcano.
- inactive, on 10/18/2008, -1/+2I'm drunk.
And frisky.
a/s/l? - centurionx, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1Seriously now - if we can create a beer that fights cancer, why can't we make one that prevents a simple hangover???
- debuggercll, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1Thank FSM.
- aereaus, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1So will this win them the Nobel Piss Prize?
- CrimsonBlur, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1Hold-up? Wait... are you saying beer does not make you invincible? I think you are wrong about that because I can distinctly remember a number of occasions when I was drunk when I was, in fact, invincible.
- inactive, on 10/20/2008, -0/+1Beer to make people even stupider! What will they think of next? ***** drunks...buried
- BradHAWK, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1This little penis went WEE WEE WEE all the way home.
- MattH, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1I think Ill stick to Peak Organic I dont want any GMOs in my beer ;)

Its probably a better way to avoid cancer than drinking Budwiser that Already contains genetically Modified Rice
http://beeractivist.wordpress.com/2007/10/10/anheu ... - MattH, on 10/18/2008, -0/+1If you homebrew beer you can already make a beer that gets you drunk and Stoned
