- Ookadoo, on 12/07/2007, -0/+5They forgot Milwaukee's best.
- Bukowsky, on 12/07/2007, -0/+3I'm intrigued by the Samuel Adams, Utopias. I would absolutely try that one...
- victrola, on 12/08/2007, -0/+2People who claim they hate American beer just because the only American beer they'd ever drank is the worthless swill that gets exported to their countries cuz Americans don;t want it should try a Sam Adams Utopia.
- gbarberi, on 12/07/2007, -0/+2That first one sounds like a "mystery flavor" beer.
- MikeonTV, on 12/07/2007, -0/+2I wouldn't want this one either http://www.beerfordogs.com/
- DrOnion, on 12/08/2007, -0/+1Apparently it doesn't really taste like beer at all... That and Americans (or anyone else for that matter) shouldn't have to shell out $100 for a decent glass of beer.
- inactive, on 12/21/2007, -0/+1Here's a simple guide ... if you're west of the Mississippi, get Fat Tire. If you're east of the Mississippi, get Sam Adams. There are other good beers, or even better beers (like Goose Island here in Chicago!). But one of these should be available and they are excellent. God have mercy on the poor ignorant bastards who love Miller Lite!
- Heracleitus, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1I really want to try that Randall the Enamel Animal concoction. I do love me some hops. Then again, that my ruin all hoppy beers for me. . .
- BrassMan, on 12/20/2007, -0/+1I just saw the Utopia in a local liquor store. It would probably make a good Christmas present because it's novel, and it's one of those things that nobody is going to buy for themselves. Also, the bottle makes a cool discussion piece even after it's gone :)
- CheeseheadDave, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1I'm a big fan of Dogfish Head already. The 90 Minute is already spectacularly hoppy and is one of my favorite beers. It may be possible to make a beer *too* hoppy, but I'd try anything once.
- CheeseheadDave, on 12/12/2007, -0/+1If it's anything like the Sam Adams Triple Bock, I doubt it's worth the $100. (Although the bottle is pretty cool.) The Triple Bock can hardly be called beer; it's more like drinking alcoholic maple syrup.
I'd try the Utopia... if someone else was buying.
