the city of Pierre has a license to kill: 40 deer in the next 91 days
capjournal.com — Sharpshooters won’t start killing deer within the city limits until at least a week later though. City officials are scheduled to meet behind closed doors Dec. 7 to finalize strategy, personnel and logistical concerns, said Larry Weiss, Pierre city commissioner.
