Portugal: we do more than just strap dogs to people. We also have the best food in the world (don't even try to deny this until you've tried bife à portuguesa or frango ao alho [unbelievably juicy chicken cooked in a mouthwatering garlic sauce], just to name a few).

Basically, you can have whatever drug you want, as long as it doesn't exceed a legal limit, and you weren't caught buying it/getting it.
