- SpacemanSpiff, on 10/14/2007, -1/+73He spends 5 minutes talking about how powerful the bike is and then he gets on it without a helmet or any other protective gear. I'm glad he is ok, but man, that just wasn't smart.
- StigNordas, on 10/10/2007, -2/+50You don't throttle-up a 350 Horsepower bike without a drag-strip and protective gear. What a complete moron. He was showing off, I'm just glad he didn't hurt anyone else. Luckily he's okay, but I feel no sympathy for him. The dude is giving motorcyclists a bad name.
- shortydh76, on 10/10/2007, -0/+22It kinda got away from him there....
- MoofTheStoof, on 10/10/2007, -0/+16It was sort of hard to watch. Only knowing he didn't die made it possible, for me. Glad he's still breathing and feeling his fingers and toes. Still, he was right about how powerful the bike was. That thing took off like a shot. I'm sort of amazed he was able to hold on as long as he did.

- Sengoku, on 10/10/2007, -1/+16Whoops, that probably should be Killacycle, not Killocycle

I’m Fine (scapes and cuts) Bike is a little bent….
First off, I’m just a bit scraped up. Emabarrassed of course. I had not intended the bike to move in the soapy water, just spin the tire.
Got it slowed down to about 20 mph. Front wheel is bent, as are front forks. Cowling is not nearly as pretty as it was.
Battery box took a hit from the front wheel. Almost certainly, some cells were shorted. No smoke. No fire. Ultra safe cells. Had these been anything but A123 Systems Nano-phosphate cells, shorts would have caused a serious fire.
No major damage. We will have is fixed in short order.
Yes, I am an idiot. :-/ - 9teen7ty9, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pM1j2d1RMU
The fun starts at 3:00 - xBDVx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9At least the motorcycle (partially) lives up to its name.
- MasterThief117, on 10/10/2007, -2/+110-60 in 0.97?
Wouldn't you be ripped off from enormous g-forces? - augustz, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Why not go straight to google...

- KillerSiafu, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8You could tell he had no idea what he was doing... 2 seconds before he sped off to get an up-close and personal view of the van door he almost jerked the bike right out from under him.... You'd think people who work on motorcycles would be better at driving them.
- AMPoet, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8 If you EVER find yourself saying things like "this is crazy" "I shouldn't be doing this" "I might kill myself", listen.
- digggggggggg, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Man that thing launches hard.

- wordsthatendini, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Thats not going to buff out.
- kidwookiee, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6Killacycle 2.0 should include a clutch.
- akatherder, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6It's still safer than a Segway. Those things are death traps.
- digggggggggg, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6$5 says he cheaped out on the front brake.
With power like that, who needs the ability to stop? - wolfkeeper, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Yeah, but if it can get to 60 in 0.97 secs you don't have a lot of time to react.
- rowlodge, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5ithink he would of won, if it werent for that darn car!
- czimmerman, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Oh man, why does Tommy Boy come to mind...

- villainousT, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I'm glad he's okay. That still made me chuckle a bit though.
- StigNordas, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5i don't know... to win a race?
- Arvenis, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4That's only about 2.8Gs
- Frnnkdlxx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4"The crash threw Dube into the air and he landed on his back onto the hot Los Angeles asphalt. Luckily he was conscious, breathing and had feeling in all his fingers and toes."
What a badass...
Also, for those who just want to see the action, skip to 3:30 - 3:40. You get to see a super fast bike that sounds like a super robot from the future about to go to war, and then it skips to an old man sprawled out on his back...
American ingenuity baby... AND ONLY $30,000 TO MAKE IT!! - Cozmcphish, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4LOL! Was it just me or the way he was lying on the ground remind you of Charlie Brown when Lucy pulls the football away from him?
- RealmDown, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Remember the first rule of Italian driving: What's behind you is not important.
- bromac, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Until you outbrake that bus that's behind you.
Don't get on a vehicle that can't brake sufficiently from the speed that it can reach. That way you can feather the brakes long enough to give any not-so-nimble vehicles time to stop, and still have the braking ability to stop before the line. - RealmDown, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3To get away from cops in St. George ?
- MacGruber, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3it's a TRAP
- StigNordas, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3it's like pee-wee's big adventure when he rides into the billboard. classic.
- Fenix, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4No, in drag racing, pro stock bikes do 0-60 in about 1 second, 0-100 in about 2, and the quarter mile in 7.

KILLACYCLE INDEEEEED, SIR! HAHAHAHAgabahgajklakakljhafjklnsdfm,bio2uio2871,... - renegadeafk, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3It's quite hard to watch when the site is down
- Supadude, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3" Had these been anything but A123 Systems Nano-phosphate cells, shorts would have caused a serious fire."
Haha I like how he almost kills himself, but still keeps on promoting the damn battery sponsors. - bromac, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Way to get defensive.
I enjoy life. I just like to KEEP on enjoying life. - NipGrip, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3After that trainwreck (bikewreck?) of a video, the guy is still selling the sponsor. Great salesman! Can't say he was wrong about the bike and it's batteries!
- rushiku, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3The 'no-muffler' is to let idiots like you know we're coming.
- RealmDown, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Ok, perhaps I was too subtle. Go watch "The Gumball Rally"
- DNAspark99, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3"I'm normally the crew chief, and ugh, owner...not the driver... so this is gonna be a little interesting, to say the least..." --fantastic foresight there sir!
- aposter, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3That would be the hump at the back of the seat. It pushes your ass forward as the bike tries to leave you at the starting line and the rest of your body just sort of comes along for the ride.
- exec0extreme, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3It's painfully ironic how this inventor is so smart to make such a bike but too dumb to not take this thing out in a large field or wear safety gear
- thawkes, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2one word - ouch
- bossm4n, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2That USED TO BE the fastest electric motorcycle!
