Anyone that has ever driven on the 405 knows that it is LA's largest parking lot.
You can outrun northbound traffic during daylight hours on each weekday.

I drive the 405 all the time and it sucks, all the time. It's not like this guy really made it any worse, he skated it for less than 10 second. Damn he even apologized to all the haters...what more do you want?
