- compulsive1, on 06/27/2009, -4/+99It's not lead. Most likely something like Cerrolow 117 which melts at 47.2 °C (117 °F) or Bi-Pb-Sn-Cd-In-Tl which melts at 41.5 °C (107 °F).
- Wuss, on 06/27/2009, -0/+72This really would have come in handy that one time that guy mugged me and poured molten metal down my mouth then tied my hands and placed me in a 1" cinder block prison in the middle of that insane hurricane of '02 when the wooden building where all this was taking place was blowing apart and I had no hammer to fix it after I freed myself from the cinder block prison.

- TheIndigoSky, on 06/27/2009, -0/+8Naturally, the fact that they're doing martial arts MUST mean they're monks in some "godforsaken" backwards Chinese village.

- wolfkeeper, on 06/28/2009, -0/+5It's the Leidenfrost effect. Basically the saliva in his mouth boils and produces steam. Steam is a poor conductor of heat so his mouth won't burn. Once the lead has cooled a bit and solidified he just spits it out.
It's quite dangerous, but can be done without any injury. - 1hrSleep, on 06/27/2009, -0/+5I would not eat them in my... Houth.
