I find the task much easier to do if you just use a paper clip. You'll need to grab the clip and "unfold" it so it looks like a square "S." A.) they are the worst at writing captions
B.) they are really stupid for thinking some of the blatantly fake submissions are real
1.) stupid because they pay lots of money if your video hits the site
