That site, like digg, is a blog which aggregates media from around the net to make our lives less filled with annoying 14 year old girls lipsynching to robbie williams.
This guy has found the video amongst the MILLIONS on the internet. He is the source. Youtube is the host.
He watches loads of ***** videos so we can sit back and have the good ones delivered to our RSS readers or to the front page of digg.

The guy you're thinking of was one of Jeb's close friends, Dwain Weston - one of the finest BASE jumpers out there, who died in a terrible wingsuit accident in Colorado a few years back.

You're supposed to take a small single-engine prop plane and fly away from the city of Las Venturas towards a landing jet, then make a quick 180 and tail the plane until you're close enough to jump out onto the jet. You then jump out of your plane onto the jet, get in and kill everyone on board, then fly the jet back to the airport you came from.
