Most of the tricks it shows him just doing them normally but a lot of them have obvious cuts. Some of the cuts look like they are for effect and have him moving. Others though he is in the same spot still but you can see it has been cut almost like he fell but then got back in the same position and then they shot again.

In the cut time he is just regaining his balance and shifting weight for the next move. You'll see the same thing in rock climbing videos and any sport that is not "fast-paced". Basically the average joe doesn't want to watch 5 moves in 2 minutes. Much more fun to see 5 moves in 20 seconds.
