What's killing the bats?

  • EnviroChem, on 11/16/2009, -0/+3Bats are one of my favorite creatures. They have been unfairly villainized and people are unduly afraid of them. They are for the most part harmless and non-aggressive. Their veracious appetite for insects, especially nuisance insects should make them a hero species to everyone who has been bitten by mosquitoes. Everyone should be alarmed by the rate at which bats are dying off.
