  • atroxodisse, on 05/17/2008, -0/+1That explains that. I was at the Renaissance Faire in Irwindale last weekend and there was a camera crew from Discovery channel. Then I'm sitting under a tree and there is this big crowd of people and I see Tommy Lee run by and I'm like wtf. So I start looking around and yep, there's Ludacris, some other guy from some other rock band that I can't remember the name of and that dude from MTV with the spiky hair. Until now I was rather confused about the situation. What I'm still confused about is what the Ren Faire has to do with going green. I also think I saw Danny Devito with them...maybe it wasn't him. I don't know.

    Then why are they giving us shows hosted by people like Tom Green and Tommy Lee?!?! (Pssst, it's better for the environment to turn the tv OFF and do something else...)

    I for one want to see their super powers (whether manifested from a ring, collaboratively with friends or otherwise) as well as their fancy superhero type outfits made out of recycled materials. My money is on Ludacris!

  • cygnus2112, on 05/16/2008, -2/+1I know how we can save the planet.. tote around a filming crew, vans, cameras, tour buses, equipment, vehicles, cast, entourage .. then book some production time at the studio that uses an enormous amount of energy and resources to follow washed-up rock stars in yet another reality-like television program doing "green projects" that likely only repair less than 1/20th of the overall damage that having the show exist actually causes to the Earth.
