Now, if WE humans are responsible (climate change, I'm looking at you), then I think it would be extremely irresponsible and calloused of us to turn a blind eye.

Without trying to draw a conclusion, the last major extinction was 65 million years ago (dead dinosaurs).

And just like the killers Polar Bears are they won't ask either. Have you seen cute Polar Bear Knute recently in captivity, good thing there was six inches of glass between Knute and the little boy.

Why must the taxpayer subsidise the largest cause of man-made Global Warming(Fossil Fuel electricity generation) whilst alternative energy solutions such as Solar Thermal are forced to struggle?
Why must the consumer be asked to pay extra for "Green" Energy when his/her taxes are subsidising the very antithesis?
