- SomeHobo, on 08/11/2008, -1/+9Wow! I guess in a few years, it will be Americans moving to India for IT jobs!
- inactive, on 08/11/2008, -2/+8It's good to see sustainable development all over the world. Go India.
- webman77, on 08/11/2008, -0/+5"These eco-friendly features will cut the structure’s energy use by over 35 percent." Hope this will be "standard" for us all in the next decade or maybe century!
- arjie, on 08/12/2008, -1/+5Well, it's probably because they can't explicitly use another company's stuff on their promotional material. Don't worry, the knock-offs are cleverly named.
Some are really funny too.
Refer: Peter Inland, Peter India - Peter England. Addidas, Peebok, Nikie. It's hilarious. Reymond. - karthikm, on 08/12/2008, -1/+5In India it's called Vaastu Shastra.
"Vaastu Shastra deals with various aspects of designing and building living environments that are in harmony with the physical and metaphysical forces. Building practices based on limited interpretations of these principles are still sustained in parts of India. Though Vastu is conceptually similar to Feng Shui in that it also tries to harmonize the flow of energy (Also called life-force, and Prana in Sanskrit, similar to Chi in Chinese) through the house, it differs in the details, such as the exact directions in which various objects, rooms, materials etc are to be placed." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaastu_Shastra - james83, on 08/11/2008, -0/+4woow interesting project.
- MikeChino, on 08/11/2008, -0/+3Yep, that thing can hold a whole lot of internets
- Mardala, on 08/12/2008, -0/+3did anyone click on the link to the IT site? http://gurgaon.nic.in/ ... nuff said. But .. still they have a fast growing middle class. Can't say that for the US.
- synystar, on 08/12/2008, -0/+2 Doubt it. You wouldn't work for what they are offering.
- kkapoor, on 08/12/2008, -0/+2Actually that's already happening, however only in certain disciplines and mainly in managerial roles.
- Proctor, on 08/12/2008, -1/+2Where are all the tubes?
- hsinray, on 08/12/2008, -1/+2The building is "facing North and North East." isn't it Chinese fengshui which predicts that a building has a better chance of prosperity sitting south and facing North? I guess many architecture firms are embracing this semi-superstitious practice.
- unikideas, on 08/12/2008, -0/+1Kind of funny site. Everything is "moving"....they definitely need some web-design class...:-)

I really wanna see it when I go back to India. - BatmanStan, on 12/13/2008, -0/+0Great to see, that not all environmentalism is falling by the wayside
http://godzillafiguresblog.com - ilistenisee, on 08/12/2008, -0/+0? makes no sense. plp dnt just go work at a place for a new office building, especially for IT, you dnt even need to be at work to be working. Plus, salary wise, no way India can match (on average)...and other factors- pollution, weather, etc.
- visarya, on 08/12/2008, -0/+1another building in gurgoan , thats sucks ..cos this means more cars and more traffic during rush hour
- stutimandal, on 08/12/2008, -2/+1Proud to be Indian.
- jasonliman, on 08/12/2008, -1/+0hmm... sorry, it just look ok.
- Scaryclouds, on 08/12/2008, -1/+1What is with the crappy early 90's Ford Mustang?
- jayobear, on 08/12/2008, -2/+1Van Husan? Is that like an Indian alternative or just a classy knock-off store?
- koleka, on 08/12/2008, -2/+0so once you land in the chopper, where do you go to get in ? Really cool design and look, i think the colour of the stone looks a little out of date.
