Yes, this is an example of digg being gamed. Report. - Alikai, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1It is my opinion that this photo is fake in a big way. Look at the bushes on the first arch of the 'M' then the second and also the lower-middle part of the 'M'. They all mysteriously have this same shape sweeping up to the left with a single blip hanging out to the right. I can see this texture about 3 times in each place. This could easily be done with the stamp tool in Photoshop, or similar.
Also, come on, with this little land, as if there'd be such dense dark-green foliage and also no grass in between. Sorry to spoil your fun. Just voicing my opinion. I'm sure most of you know this already. The McIsland? It's just too good to be true.
One question though, do they serve super-sized double-quarter-pounder value-meals there? Mmmmm!

http://www.specusphere.com - theyesman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I do not think this picture is photo-shopped - it is a lot of islands in the world and some of them must be shaped like corporate logos. Maybe we even might find the island using google earth.
And "swrostmore" - makes no sense to me :), but I might agree that some of the comments seem kinda of topic - I guess a lot of drunk people enjoy such pictures.
But I for one am amazed of the glorious nature where one might find such cool islands. If I didn't have to pay $5 for it I would use it for windows background. - Merius, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1I'm getting hungry now.
- tisstass, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1how much carbs are there in this meal? Do you have it with low-fat dressing?

- goggen71, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0My guess would be that you would find these islands right out of the proud nation of Macedonia. But if I remeber correct; Macedonia has no coastline. Shiiiit. My excellent joke ruined....
- manatwork, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0McDonalds took all their money, and built a tax haven in the Pacific :-)
