- qasabah, on 10/30/2007, -7/+239In Iran we don't have lesbian worms like in your country.
- inactive, on 10/29/2007, -2/+105How will they scissor without legs?
- Jammie, on 10/29/2007, -2/+85Emm...worms are hermaphrodites, so how does that work?
- aldenhg, on 10/28/2007, -1/+83I'm pretty sure that lesbian worms have existed for a long, long time. Just look at anime porn.
- Napoleone, on 10/30/2007, -2/+81So, umm... if you cut one of these worms in half would it start making out with itself?
- JD52, on 10/28/2007, -2/+66If only science could find a way to turn ***** into normal people we'll be all set.
- inghamb87, on 10/28/2007, -2/+41Bet the guy worms love it!
- Ibox, on 10/28/2007, -1/+39wouldn't you?
- Roger, on 10/27/2007, -2/+40Thats pretty disturbing, unless you happen to be a male worm.
- Napoleone, on 10/27/2007, -5/+40There are people who would like to stop being gay, but that's mostly due to the pressure put on them by ***** like you.
- emt1451, on 10/28/2007, -3/+35Call me when they can turn me straight.
- Smuikas, on 10/28/2007, -4/+33How is a genetic predisposition caused by mutation (the only way it could show up in the brain and not elsewhere) considered a disease? It's not communicable, it's not curable, it's not detrimental (to the individual - the argument could be made that it's detrimental to the survival of the species), it's just different.
It's like saying people with two different colored eyes have a disease. - nullx42, on 10/28/2007, -3/+26WHAT HAS SCIENCE DONE?!
- RobotBuddha, on 10/27/2007, -0/+22"It's like saying people with two different colored eyes have a disease."
I am forced to live in constant fear of meeting anyone from 4chan. - n0t0kayipr0mis3, on 10/28/2007, -1/+21that wouldn't make sense...
...lesbian worms create you. - LordofChaosIori, on 10/27/2007, -4/+23Trust me, the worms aren't the genetically inferior ones here...
- Xoti, on 10/27/2007, -4/+22Fap fap fap fap.
- unclemeat, on 10/28/2007, -3/+21I think the significance is that there's a sexual orientation gene in the worms' DNA. Seeing as our DNA isn't actually that different, there could well be one in human DNA.
- LeeSoong, on 10/28/2007, -1/+19warning! nsfw!
[full frontal gay worm porn photos in article ] - misskari, on 10/27/2007, -2/+18UTAH??!
- rnwen2750, on 10/28/2007, -10/+25*****. You.
- Sornos, on 10/27/2007, -5/+20I beg to differ.
- BlackJackJester, on 10/28/2007, -1/+16I'm all for research into things we don't currently understand. A large amount of great discoveries were made while investigating something else completely.
- Wonkanobi, on 10/28/2007, -2/+17Can't wait 'til Colbert gets a hold of this story...
- DDDavinnn, on 10/27/2007, -1/+15Yea... but... It's still a choice that the worm made. The worm OBVIOUSLY just happened to choose gay at the appropriate time. That's all.
- afruff23, on 10/28/2007, -3/+16And you care because...?
Have you personally donated to their cause?
Do the researchers have experience to research in those fields you mentioned?
Can you scientifically test if God exists?
Can you research world peace?
...no?!??
I see...
BTW, figuring out how to make people gay could solve world hunger, world peace, increase our life span (less people=higher life standards), temporarily solve the world's fuel problems (less people), and put less strain on the environment. - nymphetamine, on 10/27/2007, -1/+13Rule 34.
- JonnyTrombone, on 10/27/2007, -2/+13Slightly more reputable source:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21475945/ - gubin09, on 10/27/2007, -1/+12***** or GTFO
- JonnyTrombone, on 10/27/2007, -2/+13No, having to read that same ***** comment twice- that's a waste of time.
- Misinformant, on 10/28/2007, -4/+15WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! girl on girl!
- inactive, on 10/29/2007, -1/+11i'm sure dumbledore is to blame somehow.
- nakani, on 10/29/2007, -2/+12I'm tired of this rampant heterophobia!
- m0laria, on 10/27/2007, -4/+14The article doesn't say what species of worm, so we can't really tell specifically what is going on with that based off this article. I do not think all species of worm are hermaphrodites, and there is a difference between a hermaphrodite and asexual reproduction, so, depends on the species of worm here.
- Bdog2g2, on 10/27/2007, -1/+11At least they were still working on science and not some fantasy of "Intelligent Design"
- merm, on 10/27/2007, -2/+11>And considering homosexuals have a higher risk of depression and suicide... it is detrimental in a way.
This argument makes no sense. The reason that homosexuals have a higher suicide rate is because we live in a society that doesn't accept them. Homosexuality and depression are not directly linked, only when triangulated with a society that abuses them. - BlackJackJester, on 10/27/2007, -1/+10The thing is...a chick thinking she is a dude is a little different than a chick who knows shes a chick, but like the cooch instead of the rod.
- Mejogid, on 10/28/2007, -4/+12About 12 years ago, your parents created you. It's common for people to cause a disease before they can learn how to cure it. If we're lucky we can see treatments for this terrible affliction within the shortest possible time frame. This could be the beginning of a global reduction in douchebags!
- inactive, on 10/29/2007, -1/+9Worms gone wild*
- BrandonPerry, on 10/27/2007, -6/+14Yeah, you are a douche bag.
- chidori, on 10/28/2007, -2/+9NSFW if your boss is Earth Worm Jim!
- inactive, on 10/27/2007, -12/+19Um ya, scientists can you get back to working on a cure for cancer please? Thanks.
- Rikushix, on 10/27/2007, -0/+7I thought worms were hermaphrodites...I.E, when they mated, they impregnated each other?
Maybe that's slugs. Oh well. - AndrewDB, on 01/10/2008, -6/+13Affliction ? ... did you just say being gay is an affliction ?
Boy, what Christian Nazi Camp did you grow up in... - Mejogid, on 10/31/2007, -0/+6Check out his comment history... I thought the same at first.
- sgtbutterscotch, on 10/27/2007, -2/+8I thought it was a joke but then I read the comments.
- DLPizzle, on 10/27/2007, -1/+7Well actually, it is misleading.
All Annelids are hermaphodites (Earthworms, Basically all segmented worms). And they show a picture of an earthworm so i assume its BS or the guy just didn't know there are other types of worms.
Flatworms are also Hermaphodites.
Some of the only worms that this could apply to would be Nematodes. Those are sexually dimorphic. So, unless it specifies what phylum the worm is in, it sounds fake.
Dugg down - asskey, on 10/27/2007, -1/+7Perhaps for you...
- LeeSoong, on 10/27/2007, -1/+7that's what she said...
- 2Deluxe, on 10/28/2007, -11/+16I know very few gay men and women who would 'choose' to be straight. As a fellow *****, I certainly am not interested - and I'd like to tell you to go straight to hell :)
