PETA Wins Big Canadian KFC Victory
vegan.com — I’m often critical of PETA for doing things that create publicity at the expense of making vegans look silly. But credit where credit is due — once in a while the group pulls off something fantastic for the animals. PETA just got KFC Canada to agree to dramatically upgrade its welfare standards, and offer a vegan “chicken” menu item as well.
