No Progress!!

yourthreecents.com — G8 leaders have disappointed me yet again by not accomplishing any concrete goals to combat global warming. They made mild progress by proposing to reduce greenhouse gases in half by 2050. Leaders from Japan, Germany, France, etc, were genuinely satisfied by the ”mutual recognition” to cut global emissions by 2050 and to have an agreement by 2009.
