gadgetking.com — LA DWP dumped 400000 black balls into a lake to keep the sun from turning water into a cancer causing cocktail because idiots still use chlorine. Last year LA dumped 600 MILLION gallons of this water from two other lakes! Can someone put a stopper into the friggin Cloaka that is Los Angeles?!
