However we used one of our satelite countries/allies to perform atomic tests on. Just like the russians did with Kazackstan. They are also still feeling the affects of our nuclear bomb testing. The bikini was actually named after the islands we used for nuclear testing. That is a crime in of itself. America cared about as much for atolli as the russians did for kazackstan.
